We've been doing renovations since the early 70's and if Quality and Craftsmanship Matters then we deliver. We are Respectful, Clean, Organized, Professional and exhibit Integrity. We are easy to work with we strive to stay within your budget and we keep your best interest at heart.

Where Do We Do Business?

We are based out of Durham / Wilmington, NC however we are mobile and can travel throughout the state to help our clients.

How Long Will Your Project Take?

Your project length or time will vary depending on the size and scope of the work being performed. We can give a close estimate of the time completion barring any issues.

Do I Use Subcontractors?

Only, when necessary, and you will be informed prior to the use of any subcontractor

Will There Be A Big Mess Doing My Project?

We aim to work very clean and organized, however, depending on the project it can prove to be a little messy on some projects opposed to others. We do clean up after the completion of the project/job.

Do You Haul-Off The Demo Materials?

No, that's will be the responsibility of the client

Do You Communicate With the Client During the Project?

Yes, we will communicate and we are always available for any questions or comments the client may have of us.

Are You Licensed?

Yes, we are licensed.

Estimates Costs?

Can very depending on the distance we have to travel to reach the clients worksite and return to our residing destination.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, [no third party] Money Orders and Certified Checks. **We do require one half of the total payment prior to starting any work and one half payment after completion of the project/job.**

Do You Purchase Materials and get Reimbursed?

No, we do not purchase materials, material cost is the responsibility of the client.

Should I Budget for more than the Contracted Price?

We strive to stay within your budget however we do advise that you be prepared for any uncovered issues that may arise, for example (damage beneath the surface like subflooring rot).

Do We Accept Credit Cards?

We do accept Cash, Money orders, and Certified Checks. We are not currently setup to accept credit cards as payment. However we will in the future.
